These terms govern the use of the OurDaily application and of the website ourdaily.it. The data controller is NRC Company, the publisher of OurDaily. Full company details, including the VAT number and the registered office, are published on nrc.company. For anything about this document write to info@nrc.company.

What OurDaily is

OurDaily is a productivity and reading support tool built with and for neurodivergent people. It is not a medical device, it makes no diagnosis, it proposes no therapy and it does not replace the opinion of a health professional or of a specialised teacher.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non exclusive and non transferable licence to use OurDaily on the devices linked to your application store account. The code remains with NRC Company. You may not resell, decompile or redistribute the application.

Prices and renewals

OurDaily has a permanently free part. The Pro version costs 1,99 euro per month or 30 euro once. Final prices are the ones shown by the application store in your currency and may include local taxes.

The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the settings of your Apple or Google account. The lifetime purchase has no renewal and stays linked to the store account you used.

Withdrawal and refunds

Payments are handled by Apple and Google. Refund requests follow the procedure of the store where you purchased. For European consumers the rights under consumer law remain unaffected.

Fair use

You agree not to use OurDaily for unlawful activity and not to attempt to bypass application store controls. Since content stays on your device, you decide what to write inside the app.

Availability and continuity

OurDaily works without a connection. If one day we stopped publishing it, the installed application would keep working and the export function would still let you take your data away.

Limits of liability

We provide the application with the professional care required. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, missing backup or voluntary deletion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that by law cannot be limited.

Governing law and venue

Italian law applies. For consumers the court of the place of residence or domicile remains competent. For business relationships the court of the registered office of NRC Company is competent.
